UDI - Calgary is pleased to welcome Mr. Alan Tennant, CEO of the Calgary Real Estate Board, to present the 2012 Housing Forecast.

Alan was appointed as the new CEO in November 2011 and has 26 years of experience in the field of real estate, serving in a wide range of leadership roles within the industry, and is strongly committed to giving back to the community. Alan served as a past president of CREB in 1998 and of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) in 2006. Recently Alan participated in CREA's 'Futures Project', a scenario planning initiative that envisions possible futures for real estate in Canada.
